   Get a professional copywriter to come up with some name suggestions, as you don’t want to have to rename the business later. Should only cost a few hundred dollars. Also, get a lawyer or patent agent to check your proposed name against existing registered trade marks, and register it if there is no infringement. If you are infringing anybody else’s trade mark they will sue, and it could easily put you out of business.
