I give my dog Frontline and on the package it says to not let the dog get wet for 3 days before and 3 days after treatment.
However, when I look on the frontline website it states this:

After application, keep the dog or cat from getting wet until the application area appears dry, usually 24 hours. If a FRONTLINE Brand Product is to be applied after a bath, make sure the pet is completely dry before application.
So if you are having her washed tomorrow, I would think it would be ok.

you should put the flea meds on AFTER grooming. Yeah, they will still groom her even though she has fleas. Sometimes, the groomers are the ones that find fleas and let you know. You may need to call the vet to see if you should wait a while before getting her groomed.
