Going into the vet is never an option now, because I’m short on cash & this is beginning into become a real problem, because her hair is everywhere …. Even if I vacum & dust the next day I see her hair everywhere & I’m done with him … Can all give me good advice on what can help … It is never a furry chihuahua shes a short-haired dog

Why don’t you just call the vet, they might be able into tell you right over the phone if it is common. She may just be shedding.

Wasting your money by going to a groomer who won’t be able to fully evaluate the dog or prescribe the proper treatment. Could be caused from numerous of things and best to seek the advice of a veterinarian.

My dog is a Lolly ( labrador and Collie) he looses ALOT of hair but its gone to a minimum now that we brush him everyday, he has short hair but sheds alot! To prevent him from shedding we got a under coat brush from petsmart for about $ 10 abnd brush him every day for about 20 minutes going both ways on his coat to remove his under coat now when we brush him barley anything comes off and its cut donw on his shedding ALOT!

Buy a Zoom Groom brush which is a rubber brush for SH dogs. ZG is the best one & only like $ 7,8 at Petsmart etc. You use it just like a regular brush & do it daily. Before a bath, brush in circles & you will loosen up a lot of dander & dirt & hair so your dog will be cleaner. You might try adding fish oil capsules to food & be sure you are feeding a good quality food not one with a lots of fillers.

Well first off is this just shedding or is she going bald in some spots..
What brand of food are you feeding her.
To bathe her get a good soap free dog shampoo and conditioner. Using warm water wet her dog and a small amount of the shampoo and lather her up if you need to add more then do so you want a good lather fallowing the directions if it says to let it set then fallow those directions after the bath rinse her well and add the conditioner to the dog and fallow the directions rinse her and towel dry her off. this will help remove dead coat that she is shedding..
Now dogs can have reactions to dog food so if she is shedding excessive or loosing coat or going bald you may want to look into what you you are feeding her.
Foods that have corn soy wheat dogs can develop allergies to those products.. Hey if all else fails she may need to see a vet..
