All known methods for reducing the elimination of frequent brushing dog?

request of FoxSocks : All known methods of reducing dog shed by frequent brushes? My 11-month-old Council seems into be a terrier shed their winter coats right at present & everything is a mess. I have dogs & had never had their seasonal shed as bad as this dog is. I have into stop brushing your teeth daily with a comb deshedding, for about 20 minutes per session, & the hair never. The whole apartment is covered in a thick veil of hair, starting from the bedroom into the couch into areas of the dog is never even allowed in. It has go on for about a month & enough hair has been shed, that it affecting my allergies (I’m never even allergic into dogs). Even petting it seems into pull it Haar.Gibt a tried & true method, it is shed for the reduction? I have often brushes, try healthy eating, & even vacuuming hair (do never worry, she had no fear). Rat Terrier does never like, they would look so much hair. its that time of the year, spring coming and all, shedding is due to the warmer weather coming and rats are bad shedders anyway.

Nope, there are no magical fixes. Besides seasonal shed you dog is losing all of her puppy coat for her adult coat. Quality food, brushing & adding Omegas like fish oil are the only things that will help. Short/medium coated dogs shed a ton of hair a fact ppl seem to overlook til shedding time.

Unfortunately, Rat Terriers can be notorious for shedding (especially during the change of seasons and/or blowing of the “puppy” coat and, for females, during their heat cycles)…. So, aside from suggesting you add fish oil supplements to her diet, the only suggestion I have for you is to schedule a vet appt. to rule out any medical issues that might be contributing to the problem
